Local Community — Terms & Disclaimer

Purpose. Local Community helps people who use Kullvi connect with others in the same general area. It uses the same account and WhatsApp OTP login as the rest of the platform.

Home location. You choose a home area (for example via map or device GPS). We store coordinates and a human-readable area label to power “nearby” discovery. We do not show your exact pin to other members—only an approximate area label you confirm.

Discovery. When you opt in, other members who are logged in and have completed community setup may see your profile name (following the app language: English or Hindi when you have provided a Hindi name) and approximate area in discovery within the distance from area settings (top bar). They do not see your mobile number through this list.

“Verified” members. In this release, “verified” means users who have signed in with the same OTP-based account system as the rest of Kullvi. It does not guarantee offline identity checks. Be careful when meeting anyone in person.

Your responsibility. You are responsible for what you share. Do not use Local Community for harassment, scams, or illegal activity. Report concerns through Kullvi support channels.

Disclaimer. Kullvi provides discovery as a convenience. We are not responsible for interactions between users, meetings, or any loss arising from use of this feature. Use at your own risk.

Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
